Danni build - February 10: Kit and preparation

A well-marked kit

The kit was nicely packed, with the parts clearly labelled so it was easy to see which piece was needed where. It makes a great beginner kit: there is less guessing about the process.

Preparing the supports

I polished some of the supports and checked their dimensions.

Marking the mounting holes

I used calipers to scribe a mark for drilling the mounting holes later.

End of the first day

By the end of the first day, the frame was mostly to size and marked out.
